#절박한 세계평화 선언문
(1). The leaders of the world's 10 largest powers and 9 nuclear-armed nations—do you realize that World War III is looming? Since the end of World War II, the great powers have been conspiring to destroy humanity. Yet, have they ever made a genuine effort to foster world peace, even with the might of the United Nations? Despite possessing the grand name and significant power of the UN (79th anniversary in 2024), the leaders of the world's 10 largest powers and 9 nuclear nations have failed to achieve world peace and have not been able to prevent even the smallest conflicts worldwide. They must take responsibility and sincerely repent for this failure.
(1) 세계 10대 강국과 핵 보유 9개국 정상들이여! 3차 대전이 코앞에 다가온 것을 아는가? 2차 대전 이후 열강들은 서로 인류를 멸살시킬 궁리만 했지, 거창한 UN을 갖고도 세계평화를 만들기 위해 노력한 적이 있는가? 세계 10강 9핵 정상들은 이름도 거창하고 힘도 센 UN을 갖고도 UN 창설 79년(2024년)이 되도록 세계평화 하나 만들어 내지 못하고 지구촌 여기저기의 작은 전쟁 하나 막지 못한 책임을 지고 석고대죄할지어다.
(2). There’s no need to elaborate further. Leaders of the world's top 10 nations, 9 of which possess nuclear weapons, who have failed to safeguard the world peace created by 8.1 billion people through free travel in the 21st century! Do you not realize that by reading this urgent peace declaration, world peace is already established, just through this declaration alone? From now on, no war will break out—this is the end. All leaders of the 9 nuclear powers, no foolish leader will dare start a war after this. Anyone who attempts to do so will face a fate similar to that of Hitler.
(2) 두말한 것 없다. 21세기 들어 세계 81억 인민들이 자유 관광여행으로 만들어 놓은 세계평화를 지키지도 못한 10강 9핵 정상들이여! 지금 이 절박한 평화선언문을 읽고 이 선언문만으로도 지금 바로 세계평화가 내린 것을 아는가? 10강 9핵 정상들이여! 이 시간 이후 전쟁은 없다. 이 선언 이후 전쟁을 촉발할 멍청이 정상도 없다. 이후 전쟁을 촉발하는 미치광이는 제2 히틀러가 되어 매장될 것이다.
(3). As a result, the world peace that the UN could not achieve has now been realized, rendering nuclear weapons and the massive armies of various countries useless. No matter how powerful the weapons, including nuclear arms, they have become ineffective, and there will be no mad leaders who would resort to launching nuclear attacks. To maintain global peace and order, there will be no reckless leaders firing nuclear missiles at peaceful nations, as the UN now oversees with its own peacekeeping forces. At last, the world has become a peaceful place of equality and happiness, with no strong or weak nations. If the two countries currently at war truly seek world peace, they should make an agreement, cease hostilities immediately, and embrace peace. The eyes of the world observing this conflict will ensure peace is upheld.
(3) 이로써 UN이 이루지 못한 세계평화가 내리고 핵을 비롯 각종 무기와 어마어마한 각국의 군대도 모두 무용지물이 되었다. 핵을 비롯 아무리 강한 무기를 갖고 있어도 쓸모없게 된 이때에 핵을 들고나와 쏘아댈 미치광이 정상도 없을 것이다. 세계 안녕질서 유지를 위해 UN에만 경찰군대를 거느리고 감시하는데 평화스런 어느 나라를 향해 핵을 쏘아 댈 미치광이 정상도 없을 것이다. 바야흐로 온 세계에는 강국이나 약소국도 없이 모두 평등한 행복한 평화 세계가 되었도다.
현재 진행되고 있는 두 곳의 전쟁 당사국도 세계평화를 원하거든 서로 약속하고 현 상태로 전쟁을 멈추고 평화 속으로 들어와라. 이 전쟁을 지켜보는 세계의 눈이 평화를 보장한다.
(4). Leaders of the top 10 powerful nations, 9 of which are nuclear-armed! If you genuinely seek world peace, publicly declare your full support for this declaration and report it to the UN Secretary-General by the end of this year. The UN Secretary-General should then confirm each country's position on support by the deadline and publicly reveal if any nation intends to undermine peace.
(4). 10강 9핵 정상들이여! 그대들이 진실로 세계평화를 원한다면 이 선언문을 전폭적으로 지지함을 공개선언 하시고 금년 말일까지 UN 사무총장께 보고하시라.
이어서 UN 사무총장은 마감날에 국가별로 각기 지지여부를 확인하고 평화를 파괴하고자 하는 나라가 있는지 확인 공개하시라.
(5). Wow--- 8.1 billion people of the world! After 79 years since the establishment of the UN, world peace has finally been achieved. People of the world! Welcome with open arms. Long live world peace! Long live!

You are now tasked with overseeing the summit of the top 10 powerful nations, managing the dismantling of nuclear and other weapons, and ensuring the proper verification of the disbandment of national militaries. Additionally, you must carefully manage the progress and outcomes of this declaration to ensure its successful conclusion.
(6) 구테흐스 UN 사무총장은, 당신의 재임 중 세계평화가 이루어졌으니 크나큰 영광과 축복이니라. 당신은 이제 10강 9핵 정상회의 운영과 핵을 비롯 각종 무기 폐기와 각국의 군대해산의 검증결과를 잘 관리하시라. 그리고 이 선언문의 진행 과정과 결과를 야무지게 관리하여 유종의 미를 거두시라.
